This issue has been noticed with some users trying to access the Forum after Signing In at the Main Site. Incase you click on the Forum link and are presented with a Blank Page that is because your Cookies are not configured properly.You can either try fixing that or just pressing refresh on your browser window.The Forum should be avaliable to you after that.
